Here at KIRA we offer worldwide delivery.
We will always aim to dispatch your order within the next working day if it’s ready to go product (such as KIRA sweats and care products). Pre-order products (such as KIRA pre-order boots, sneakers or sandals) production time is about 4 weeks.
On dispatch, you will receive an email letting you know your parcel is on its way.
Our courier partner is DPD. You can choose between door to door delivery or pick-up station service.
Orders will be dispatched by DPD from Estonia, Tartu. Transit time may vary depending on your location.

Returns and exchanges
We hope you are thrilled about your new KIRAs.
If for any reason you are not, please return the not worn shoes within 45 days from the day you received your order.
Exchange – The exchange shipping cost will be covered by KIRA.
Return – The return shipping cost will be deducted from the available amount for refund.
PACKAGING
Our recycled shoes also come in fully recycled packaging. Be mindful to find a new life for the box or simply keep on recycling it. If you would like to include a special message in the box or have any other inquiries, feel free to contact us via sales@kirashoes.com.
